Uganda: Parliament Can’t Have No Business
An unacceptable tendency is creeping into Parliament with the House extending resumption of business to November 29. They should have come back from recess on November 7, having recessed in late September but this is not to be for the incredible reason that government has ‘failed to generate business’ for Parliament to consider.
