Benton couple first to enroll in new small business insurance plan (The Morning News)
LITTLE ROCK — Melvin and Alicia Taylor, owners of a landscaping business in Benton, were the first to sign up Wednesday for a pilot program designed to help hundreds of owners of small businesses in the state offer basic health insurance to their employees.
