HOV Services, a business-process outsourcing firm, has bought Troy-based Lason Inc. for $148 million. The acquisition was effective Wednesday, according to a statement HOV issued this week. The two companies combined will have annual revenues in excess of $200 million. The companies will also have a global workforce of more than 11,000 employees.
