Dana selling tubing business to Turkish company (The Indianapolis Star)
TOLEDO, Ohio — Dana Corp. has agreed to sell its fluid-products hose and tubing business for $70 million to a Turkish company, Orhan Holding, as it sheds operations while under bankruptcy protection. The plants, which employ a total of 1,800 workers, are in Ohio, Tennessee, Michigan, France, Mexico, Slovakia, Spain and England.
