JVC to ally with Kenwood to rehabilitate electronics business (Kyodo via Yahoo! Asia News)
_ Victor Co. of Japan said Tuesday it will form a capital and business tie-up with Kenwood Corp. in an attempt to turn around its consumer electronics business.
