Pismo check-cashing business robbed (The San Luis Obispo Tribune)
A check-cashing business was robbed Tuesday, police said. At 12:44 p.m., a man wearing a mask walked into Check Into Cash, 875 Oak Park Blvd., and gestured as if he had a weapon, police said. He then allegedly demanded cash from the lone employee and fled on foot. The employee was unharmed. The robber is described as a man in his mid-20s, 6 feet tall and about 175 pounds.
