Business confidence improves (TVNZ)
The lower dollar has improved business confidence. The NBNZ business confidence survey showed a slight improvement in confidence in August, mainly due to the effect of high commodity prices and soaring dairy prices.

Italian Business Confidence Unexpectedly Improves In August (Nasdaq)
(RTTNews) - Italian business confidence unexpectedly rose in the month of August, a latest report from the think-tank ISAE showed Friday. The headline indicator of the survey by ISAE showed a reading of 94.2 for August, rising from a revised 93.5 seen in the previous month.
