CLE ELUM ? Jim Gallagher, owner of Yakima River Fly fishing, has no trouble reeling in business at his store in downtown Cle Elum. Ditto for Christina Callan who has owned Interactive Toys just a short distance down First Street from Gallagher for a year and a half.
