Business owners cite Sprinter line in flooding (North County Times)
OCEANSIDE — Industry Street business owners who saw their buildings flood on Nov. 30 are lobbying the North County Transit District and the city of Oceanside to fix problems allegedly caused by the construction of the Sprinter light-rail line along the southern bank of Loma Alta Creek.
